摘要
目的：探讨心跳骤停（ＣＡ）患者心肺脑复苏（ＣＰＣＲ）的影响因素。方法：对我科３年多来４６例ＣＡ患者影响ＣＰＣＲ的相关因素进行分析。结果：心脏停跳至急救人员救治时间长短是决定ＣＰＣＲ成败的主要因素，而急救人员的急救技术高低及心肺复苏后的监护则是脑复苏成败的关键，４６例ＣＡ患者，２７例脑复苏成功（５８．７％）。结论：应加强急诊科建设，进一步提高急诊医师及护士的抢救能力，抓紧ＣＡ初４ｍｉｎ正确施行基本生命支持。
Objective:To study on the factors affected CPCR.Methods:46 casese were observed and the factors affected CPCR were studied.Results:The treatment time was the main factor which determine the success of CPCR.27 of 46 casese(58.7%) were treated successfully.Conclusion:It is very importomt to improve the equipment conditions and also the ability of both doctors and nurses in ICU
