摘要
目的:探讨老年高血压病患者血浆中降钙素基因相关肽(cGRP)、心钠素(ANP)、内皮素(ET)的浓度变化与不同程度收缩压水平的关系。方法:采用放射免疫分析方法分别检测86例老年高血压病患者和32例正常老年人的cGRP、ANP、ET的浓度,高血压病患者再按收缩压分为三期。结果:血浆cGRP水平随收缩期血压程度的增加而下降,与平均动脉压(MAP)呈负相关(r=-0.6012,P<0.05),血桨ANP、ET水平随血压水平升高而升高,与MAP呈较好的相关关系(r=0.6915,P<0.01;r=0.6759,P<0.01)。结论:血浆血管活性肽水平是影响高血压病的发生、发展的重要因素。
Objective: To study the relations different period of elderly systolic hypertension (EH) to calcitonin generelated peptide(cGRP) , atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), endothelin (ET). Methods:Immunoradiometric assay was used to measure the plasma peptides Levels in 86 EH patients,classified into three groups according to systolic blood pressure, and 32 elderly healthy controls.Results:The Levels of plasma cGRP was lower than those of controls, and the cGRP was negatively correlated with mean artery pressure (MAP) (r=-0.6012, P<0.05) ,but the levels of plasma ANP, ET were higher than those of controls , and the ANP,ET were positively correlated with MAP (r=0.6915, P<0.01; r=0.6759, P<0.01). Conclusion: The levels of plasma peptides were the important factors in developing of elderly essential hypertension.
