摘要
目的：探讨提高胎儿宫内缺氧诊断准确率的方法。方法：对７６例足月妊娠孕妇行胎儿电子监护、脐血流检测、Ｂ超检查、尿Ｅ／Ｃ测定，资料做统计学处理。结果：单一指标诊断假阳性率高，综合诊断灵敏度明显提高。
Aim:To make out a method which may allow the correct diagnosis of Asphyxia of fetus.Methods:76 pregnant women were investigated.The data were collected from electric fetal moniteringB type ultrasoundtest of cord blood follow and urine E/C.Results:Complex index showed more sensitive in diagnosis of asphyxia of fetus as compared to that of the single index.
