药流终止10～16周妊娠60例的临床研究

Clinical Research on 60 Cases of Pregnancy of 10￣16 Weeks Terminated by Medical Abortion

目的：研究米非司酮片配伍丙酸睾丸酮针分别与米索前列醇和卡孕栓应用药流终止１０～１６周妊娠的效果。方法：６０例１０～１６周妊娠妇女，按随机分为Ａ、Ｂ两组。Ａ组：米非司酮片配伍丙酸睾丸酮针及米索前列醇。Ｂ组：米非司酮片配伍丙酸睾丸酮及卡孕栓，两组间进行比较。结果：Ｂ组有效引产时间（９．２±４．７）ｈ，短于Ａ组（１６．５±６．２）ｈ；Ｂ组流产后出血量（５６±３８．４）ｍｌ，少于Ａ组（８４．３±６４．３）ｍｌ，均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：米非司酮片配伍卡孕栓用于终止１０～１６周妊娠效果较好，可为终止此期妊娠的较好方法。

Purpose:To research the effect of termination of pregnancy of 10￣16 weeks with mifepristone and testosterone coupled with misoprostol or methyl carprost suppository.Method:Sixty cases of pregnancy of 10￣16 weeks were divided randomly into A group and B group.A group:termination of pregnancy with mifepristone coupled with testosterone and misoprostol.B group:termination of pregnancy with mifepristone coupled with testosterone and methyl carprost suppository.Results:The effective induced labor time in B group (9.2±4.7)h was shorter than that in A group (16.5±6.2)h,and the postabortive bleeding volume in B group (56±38.4)ml was less than that in A group (84.3±64.3)ml,showing significant difference ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Termination of pregnancy of 10￣16 weeks with mifepristone coupled with methyl carprost suppasitory showed more effective,being a better method for terminating prenancy of 10￣16 weeks.
