NIDDM患者血脂异常与胰岛素抵抗的关系

The Relationship Between Abnormal Blood lipid of NIDDM Patient and Insulin Resistance

测定３８例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）患者血脂、空腹血糖（ＦＢＧ）及空腹血胰岛素（ＦＩＮＳ），并计算胰岛素敏感性指数（ＩＳ），结果发现与正常对照组（３５例）比较，血胆固醇（ＴＣ），甘油三脂（ＴＧ），低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＬＤＬ－Ｃ），载脂蛋白Ｂ（ＡＰＯＢ），ＦＢＧ及ＦＩＮＳ显著增高，而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ），载脂蛋白Ａ１（ＡＰＯＡ１），ＡＰＯＡ１／ＡＰＯＢ及ＩＳ显著降低。ＩＳ与ＴＣ，ＴＧ，ＬＤＬ－Ｃ，ＡＰＯＢ呈显著负相关，与ＨＤＬ－Ｃ，ＡＯＡ１及ＡＰＯＡ１／ＡＰＯＢ呈显著正相关。提示ＮＩＤＤＭ患者存在血脂异常及胰岛素抵抗，且血脂异常与胰岛素抵抗密切相关。

The blood lipid,fasting blood glucose (FBG) and FINS of 38 cases of NIDDM patients were detected,and the index of sensibility (IS) of insulin was calculated. The results showed that compared with control group (35 cases),the blood TC,TG,LDL C,APOB,FBG and FINS were markedly high,while the HDL C,APOA1,APOA1/APOB and IS were markedly low.The IS and TC,TG,LDL C,APOB showed marked negative correlation,and with HDL C,APOA1,APOA1/APOB showed positive correlation. This suggests that the patients with NIDDM had abnormal blood lipid and insulin resistance,and these two were closely correlated.
