不同护理模式与患者对护士工作满意度调查的对比研究

Contrast Study of the Survey on the Different Nursing Models and the Satisfaction Degree of Patients to the Nursing Work

为了解开展整体护理的效果，在１００例住院患者中，进行对护士工作满意度的问卷调查。结果表明接受整体护理的患者对护士工作满意度（９２．５５％）高于接受责任制护理的患者（８０．９１％）。接受整体护理的患者自我护理能力和保健意识增强，生活质量提高，提示健康教育十分重要，整体护理模式病房值得推广。

In order to understand the effect of carrying out the holi stic nursing care,the satisfaction degree of patients to the nursing work was in vestigated with questionaire in 100 inpatients.The results showed that the sat i sfaction degree was 92.55%,being higher than that of nursing of responsibility s ysterm(80.91%).The patients received holistic nursing care showed increase in se lfnursing competence and health care consciousness,and their quality of life e l evated.These suggest that health education is very importantand and the ward of holistic nursing care model is worthy of spreading.
