论我国水资源的可持续利用

On the Sustained Utilization of Water Resources in China

我国水资源形势不容乐观,存在数量不足、时空分配不匀。污染严重、水土流失严重、地下水的过度利用、资源利用率低等问题。为使我国水资源能可持续利用,需加强水分循环、海水淡化、冰雪融水、地面蒸发等方面的基础研究,并采取协调地区用水矛盾,加强宣传、加大防污染力度、加强管理等若干对策。

Water Resomee in China is not so optbostic. There are problems such as inadequacy, tmeven distribuhon in time and area, serious pollutinn, serious soil erosion,overuse of ground water and fow efficiency of the utilization of water oourees. In order to achieve the sustained utilhation of water resourees in China, efforts must be made to have recipeulahon of water and desalinahon of sea water, to melt the ice and snow, etc. Measures must be taken to ease the contradictions between demand and supply of water, doing propaganda to guard against water pollution.
