摘要
我院自1977年～1996年共作尸体肾移植510例,其中30例为第二次肾移植,效果良好,并对术前准备,HLAA、B、DR配型,免疫抑制药物应用,移植时间选择。预防超急排斥和加速排斥等进行临床研究。
From 1977 to Dec. 1996, we had done 510 cases kidney transplants. 30 cases were second re-nal transplantion. The effect were good. We did some clinic research in pre-operation preparation, HLA-A. B. Dr matching, application of immunosuppress drug, time of transplantation and prevention of hyperacute rejection and acute rejection.
