非手术疗法治疗阳萎568例分析

An Analysis of Non-surgical method Treated Impotence: Report of 568 Cases

1989～1997年,用非手术疗法治疗各种阳萎病人900余例,获得随访及资料完整的568例。各种非手术疗法的有效率为;口服中成药<20％,雌激素替代补充32.35％,服育亨宾硷38.23％,阴茎海绵体内药物注射(ICI)80％,负压缩窄装置(VCD)治疗75％左右。对各种非手术方法治疗阳萎症的适应症,选择及效果进行了分析。

From 1989 to 1997,568patients with male sexual impotence were treated in our department with non-operative ways. The efficients rates of various methods were: Chinese tranditional medicine less than 20%, yohimbine 38.23% , supplement of androgen 32. 35%, intracavernous pharmacaclogical injection 80%. Vacuum constriction device about 75%. respectively.We discussed the indication, efficiency and choice of methods for male impotence therapy, and it is suggested that the application of VCD be an available method for treating aged and married patients with impotence.
