摘要 In order to detect the role of NO to the secondary damage following spinal cord injury (SCI). NOS in the injury site (T\-8) were studied using a rat SCI model induced by Allens weight drop method (10 g2.5 cm). The results suggested that activities of NOS significantly increased in 10 min\, 1\,2\,4\,8 h. The results indicated that NO was related to SCI.
