A method of DFAevaluation considered Robotic assembly motion stabilityis proposed .First the method of base assembly stability inferencesisintroduced ,then the concept ofstability cost, which showsthe dexterity ofrobots,and complexity of fixtures,is used to quantitatively repre sent the difficulty for clamping .
