摘要
从七个方面阐述了国有企业面临的困境，指出其根本原因是运行机制不合理，提出了国有企业摆脱困境的五项对策。
In this article the difficuties the state-owend enterprise faced with are expounded from seven aspects and the author points out that the root of the matter is the unreasonbale operating mechanisms.Finally five ways are put forward for the state-owned enterprises to deal with the difficult situation.
