失业是中国当前社会经济生活中面临的严重问题。当前的失业具有结构性失业特征，其原因可以从人口学、市场转型、经济结构的调整、技术进步等几个方面分析。根据这些分析，提出以下对策：解决失业问题的根本出路在于加快经济发展，另外要扶持非国有经济和中小企业、降低国内劳动参与率、增加国外劳动参与率、降低劳动力的流动成本。

At present,unemployment is a serious problem for social economic life to face in China.It has the feature of structural unemp lo yment. Throu gh analysis,a solution is presented.The essential way to deal with the unemploym ent is to speed up the development of economy,s upport the non-state-owned economy,midsized and minor-sized enterprises,decrease the involement rate of domestic labor,increase the involement rate of for e ign labor,reduce the floating cost of labor,set up the profession training syste m and the network of unemployment insurance and make it more perfect.
