Strengthening the ethic cultivation of editors composes an important p art of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.Quite a few relation ships in the regard should be well handled,hereby this paper is meant to look in to the five kinds of relationship that directly affect running journals,namely:t hat between economic efficiency and social efficiency ,that between the editor's self sacrifice and accountability,that between “inside contributions”and “ou tside contributions”or “contributions from relations”,and that between consci entiousness,seriousness and enthusiasm and modesty.
