创伤性睾丸脱位的诊断与治疗临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Diagnosis and Therapy for Traumatic Dislocation of Testis

报告两例创伤性睾丸脱位,1例为伤后诊断及时,5天内给予手法复位,随诊1年睾丸形态、大小、质地及精液常规正常。1例为伤后未及时发现睾丸脱位,1月后睾丸坏死,予以切除。综合文献报道,提出及时的诊断与治疗,可减少本病带来的严重后果。

2 cases of traumatic discloc.ition of the testis were reported. For one case, the diagnosis and reduction had been made in five days, the excellent prognosis being confirmed by one year's visiting consult. For the other, the dislocation had been neglected, the orchidectomy being chosen for the testis necrosis a month later. With reviewing cases of traumatic dislocation of testis reported in the literature, We believe the prognosis should be better if the diagnosis and treatment were in time.
