摘要
《合同法》已经在“统一”问题上迈出了一大步，但仍可将担保法和其他法律法规中有关合同的规定统一到新的《合同法》中，且合同法的内容还可进一步充实、完备。
Law of Contract has made a great progressin the processofthe ”unification”,butsomestipulations related to contractin thelaw of guaranty and otherlaws can still be unified into the newly enacted “Law of Cont ract”.Apartfrom this,the contents oflaw of contract can still be substantiated and perfected.
