新荧光试剂1-(4-羟基水杨醛缩氨基)-8-羟基-3,6-萘二磺酸钠荧光熄灭法测定痕量铬(Ⅵ)

摘要 本文采用荧光熄灭法研究了席夫碱试剂1-(4-羟基水杨醛缩氨基)-8-羟基-3,6-萘二磺酸钠(HSHND)测定Cr(VI)的方法和条件。在pH=4.2的邻苯二甲酸氢钾缓冲体系中,该试剂的激发波长为λex=361nm,荧光发射波长为λem=420nm,铬(VI)浓度在5.0-20.0μg/10mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为2.0μg/10mL。本法的灵敏度及选择性好,操作简单快速,无需加热。用于环境煤飞灰中痕量总铬的测定,结果满意。 This paper deals with a new flurometric reagent , [ 1 - (4 - hydroxysolicylideneamino ) - 8 - hydroxy -3, 6 - naphthalnedisulfonic acid, disodium salt] which was synthesized by our labarotory and used to determine chromiun (VI ). The optium conditions have been studied. The linear range is 5.0 ~ 20.0μg Cr (VI ) /10mL and the minimum detection limit is 2.0μg Cr (VI ) /10mL. The method is applied successfully to the determinaion of chromium (VI ) in coal fly ash.
