摘要
本文以薜家岛旅游度假区为研究对象,探讨海滨旅游度假区的开发的优劣势以及海滨旅游度假区空间竞争之间的关系,指出薜家岛旅游度假区中的金沙滩旅游开发的定位以中低档的青岛市民为主体,对金沙滩开发规划具有重要的指导意义。
This paper, taking Xuejiadao resort as the studying object. discusses the advantage and disadvantage of the tourism development for Xuejiadao resort, analyses the spatial competition of beach resorts in Qingda City. In the latter part of this paper, the author puts forward that the major holiday - making tourists of Golden Beach in Xuejiadao resort is the low and middle economic income residents in Qingda City. This research is very important for the planning and development of Golden Beach.
