摘要
本文对青海的三种土蝗的细胞有丝分裂中期染色体核型进行了分析。经显微照相及剪排分析,绘制了三种蝗虫各自的核型模型图。结果表明:三种蝗虫的染色体数2n(♂)=23,2n(♀)=24。性别决定,蝗虫雄性为xo型。雌性为xx型。核型中的染色体分为四组。稻蝗L组2对,M组7对,S组2对,X组雄性为一条,雌性为两条;白边痂蝗的染色体组中L组3对,M组6对,S组2对,X组雄性为一条,雌性为两条;红翅皱膝蝗的染色体组中L组3对,M组5对,S组3对,X组雄性为一条,雌性为二条。
Karyotype of 3 local locusts was examined at the mid-stage of mitosis.Model of the each locust was drawn by means of microph otography.It showed that chromosome for 3 locusts were 2n(♂)=23,2n(♀)=24. Sex was decided as XO for male and XX for female. Chromosomes were divided to 4 groups. For,there are 2 pairs in group L, 7 pairs in group M, 2 pairs in group S, one for male on group X, 2 for female for group X. For,there are 3 pairs in group L, 6 pairs in group M, 2 pairs in group S, one for male on group X, 2 for female for group X. For,there are 3 pairs in group L, 5 pairs in group M, 3 pairs in group S, one for male on group X, 2 for female for group X.
