摘要
初步建立了国家创新系统评价指标体系,首次将科技国际竞争力排名引入评价体系中,并在这一体系框架下,收集大量相关数据,对我国国家创新系统客观地进行了纵向和横向的比较和现状分析,并得出了比较合理的结论.
This paper attempts to build primary evaluation system for the efficiency of the National Innovation System and introduces the international competition ability of science and technology. On this basis, it compares and analyzes our National Innovation System with large quantities of data collected and gets a quite rational conclusion.
