从国际跨国公司和国际经济区域一体化的发展新趋势出发,对中国企业走向国际化经营的有利因素、可借鉴的国际经验以及如何实现中国企业的国际化经营进行了深入探讨.
This study is based on the development tendency of the transnational corporation and international economic region integration. It analyses the advantage and the international experience for Chinese enterprises going to internationalized operation. It also delves further into how to realize the internationalized operation of Chinese enterprises.
