我国废油再生工艺及策略

废油再生加工不仅可以保护环境,同时还可节约资源。国外侧重前者,立法健全,废油再生加工向大型化和无酸精制工艺发展;国内侧重后者,而且处于自发自流状态,废油再生加工业萎缩停滞,工艺基本上为硫酸精制工艺,造成严重的二次污染。建议健全法规,制定我国废油再生加工策略,集中技术、人力、资金,加速推广蒸馏-简易溶剂精制-白土补充精制工艺,即XXS废油再生新工艺。

The used oil regeneration can not only protect the environment against pollution, but also save sources, particular attention was paid on the former outside China, and their used oil regeneration process is developing in large scale and acidless refining process;particular emphasis was laid on the latter inside China, and the process is developing in small-scale and snlphuric acid refining with heavy two times pollution. The appearance of XXS improves this status. Suggestion on marking the used oil regeneration project in China, popularzing rapidly distillation-simple solvent refining-clay finishing. That is XXS new technique, is suited to the conditions of domestic and developing countries.
