摘要
就我国目前内陆石化产品靠铁路运输的离线式调度管理方式,提出了引入信息技术、改善技术装备条件的设想,阐述了运用全球卫星定位系统(GPS)和远程数据采集等4种传输技术,实现对运行车辆实时在线调度监控的构想,并提出需重点研究解决的问题。
A tentative plan of introducing information technology to improve the technical and equipment conditionsin today's off - line dispatch management system of domestic in - land railway transportation of petrochemical productsis proposed, the idea of realization of the realtime dispatching and monitoring by the use of global satellite positioningsystem (GPC), long distance data collection and quadruplex transferring technique is explained, and some key prob-lems to be studied and resolved are put forward.
