根据工作实践和以往的经验教训,提出在农村联营、租赁、收购或新建加油站,除进行调查研究和可行性分析外,要注意土地使用、投资控股、掌握经营管理权、控制进货渠道、按石化集团统一规范进行运作等问题。

Based on the working practice and former experiences, it is suggested that when sharing, leasing, ac-quiring or constructing a new gas service station in rural area, some important items namely the land utilization, invest-ment share holding, management control, commodity incoming channels, regular operation according to SINOPECGroup's uniform regulations etc. shall be noticed beside the general investigation and feasibility study.
