摘要
从界面化学的角度出发,分析了润滑油中基础油和添加剂分子在摩擦副表面上的物理化学吸附和反应成膜,讨论了压力效应对极压反应膜形成的影响,提出了有待进一步研究的新课题:①纳米级粒子在摩擦副表面物理吸附起极压抗磨作用的规律;②粘度指数改进剂、极性基础油(如酯类油)在摩擦副上的吸附强度和定向排列;③采用纳米摩擦学的手段,从原子、分子尺度揭示边界膜的微观结构与性能的关系;④润滑油物理吸附引起的rehbinder效应。
The physical/chemical adsorption and reaction mechanism between the molecules of base oil and addi-tives to form a film on the surface of friction pairs is analyzed from the viewpoint of interfacial chemistry theory. Thepressurizaion effect on formation of extreme-pressure oil film are discussed. Some new themes to be further studiedare set forth: 1, the regularity of anti-abrasion function of the particles in nanometer size when physically adsorbed onsurface of friction pairs;2, the adsorption intensity and orientational arrangement of the viscosity index modifying agentand the polar base oil(such as ester oils);3, the relationship between microscopic structure of the boundary film andlubrication Performance, which shall be studied using nanometer friction theory; 4, rehbinder effect caused by thephysical adsorption of lube oil.
