摘要
立足社会信息化的时代高度和中国的基本国情，加速中国的社会信息化，走有中国特色的可持续发展道路，其总体战略是：以工业化和信息化互补共进来推进现代化；以现代信息型农业来解决“三农”问题；以人口为中心，在保持人口与资源、环境的协调发展中推动经济建设，以科教兴国来提高国民综合素质，实现资源优化配置和经济增长方式的根本转变，从而实现经济。
The paper,based upon the trend of informatisn age and the fundamental national conditions ,is intended to explore how to speed up the social informationization in order to realize the sustainable development with Chinese characteristics.The general strategy for achieving the goal lies in: to advance the modernizations with the mutual integration between industry and information; to solve the problems about agricuture ,peasants and countryside with the modern information agriculture; to push foward the economy construction with a good balance between population and resources and enviroment; to improve Chinese people's comprehensive quality.
