Knowledge economy and international service trade promote their development together and also lay restrictions to each other. The key to the best result lies in the system and policy in certain countries or districts. Therefore, this paper suggests that Foshan should take sound countermeasure to develop the international service trade and embrace the coming of knowledge economy.
