摘要
首先从纵向项目的立项和过程管理情况、横向项目的前景及高校内部开展项目研究存在的问题三个方面分析了高校科研项目的校内外现状。进而从学校科研管理的角度出发，提出促进高校科研项目发展的管理对策： 提高申请项目命中率； 争取横向课题； 加强项目的中后期管理； 做好成果推广；
This paper starts with the discussion of the status quo of the scientific resarch items from their establishment, management and research activities and then puts forward the management countermeasures for the scientific research items in universities.
