Calponin对体外培养的自发性高血压大鼠血管平滑肌细胞增殖的抑制作用

摘要 为观察Calponin对血管平滑肌细胞增殖的抑制作用,将用liposome+pCAGGS质粒介导的人重组Calponin基因(hCN)导入体外培养的第3代自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)内,发现hCN可在VSMC内持续表达4周以上。MTT检测结果显示,导入的hCN基因能明显抑制SHR的VSMC增殖。这种作用对血管成形术后再狭窄的防治和高血压时血管壁肥厚的逆转具有潜在的实用价值。
