摘要
通过对南京医科大学开展本科生科研实践活动现状的分析,提出在医学本科生教育过程中可通过增加科研时间、改革学分制度、以培养科研兴趣和创新意识为主、建立全程导师负责制及导师激励机制等改革措施,进一步提高医学本科生的科研素质和创新能力。
Through the analysis of undergraduate research activities carried out in Nanjing Medical University,the authors advanced a series of reform measures to further improve the quality in research and innovation of undergraduates,including increasing the research time,reforming the credit system,cultivating interest and innovation in research,and establishing related guiding and incentive mechanism.
