In order to ensure the safe operation of the vertical centrifugal pump unit,the vibration,throw and pressure pulsation,etc.of pump need to be monitoring and diagnosis online combining with structure characteristics of large vertical pumps.The configuration,software component,sensor arrangement,and the main analysis method of SJ 9000 state monitoring analysis system are introduced.As an example,a fault is successfully diagnosed with the system and related theory analysis is given.
