摘要
根据移动通信计费的特点和要求 ,传统计费方式的不足 ,移动通信网络的发展状况和 2 0 10年远景规划 ,提出了建设移动通信业务支撑系统的建议。介绍了移动通信网络计费和客户服务管理系统 (BACCS)的概念、参考模型、所起的作用以及国外的发展状况。
This thesis suggests to construct a mobile communication service support system, according to the characteristics and requirements of mobile communication billing, with regard to weakness of traditional billing, the status of mobile communication network and strategy toward 2010 as well BACCS in mobile communication network is introduced, including its concept, reference model, function and development situation outside
