凝聚法制备酮洛芬明胶微球及其包封率测定

摘要 选用明胶作为生物可降解性载体材料,用凝聚法制备了酮洛芬明胶微球,建立了凝胶柱层析法测定微粒包封率的方法。所得酮洛芬明胶微粒的粒径为0.5~4μm,其包封率为50.1%。 A small gelatin microsphere containing ketoprofcn was prepared by coacervation method which mainly involves the desolvation of gelatin so that it formed a coacervate droplets and the hardness of the gelatin caused by glutaraldehyde treatment. The Sephadcx-G25 gel chromatography using determination of the entrapment efficiencies of the microsphere was established. The diameter of the gelatin microsphere varied from 0. 5μm to 4μm. The entrapment efficiencies of the gelatin micro-sphere were 50. 1%.
