摘要
用正交试验法探索最佳提取工艺,对制粒赋型剂进行优选,结果表明:最佳工艺为药材加10倍水,浸泡4小时,煎煮2次,每次1.5小时;制粒赋型剂蔗糖与糊精以2:1混合配制为宜。
The optimum extraction conditions for Zuoyinning Granules were established by the orthogonal design and the ex-cipient of granule was selected.
