摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定乳酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液含量及其降解产物。色谱条件:色谱柱为C_(18)柱;流动相为0.05mol/L柠檬酸溶液-甲醇-乙腈(65:30:5);检测波长294nm;流量为1ml/min;室温。回收率为100.5％(n=6),RSD为0.60％。本色谱条件可用于本品含量测定和降解产物检查。
Levofloxacin Lactate and its degradation products in levofloxacin lactate eye drops were determined by RP-HPLC. Column; C18 (3. 9mm × 300mm) , mobile phase : 0. 05mol/L citric acid-methanol-acetomtrile (65 : 30 : 5);UV detector wavelength 294nm,flow rate: 1ml/min,room temperature. The average recovery was 100. 5%(n= 6) RSD was0. 60%. The degradation products were determined.
