摘要
以一阶导数分光光度法消除复方氨酚烷胺中其它组分的干扰,直接测定其胆红素的含量;平均回收率为100.1%,RSD=0.30%(n=5),线性范围为2.0~10.1μg/ml(r=1.000)。
This paper reports the determinaton of cholerythrin in compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride capsules by first derivative spectrometry without separation. The average recovery ratio for cholerythrin was 100. 14%(n = 5) and RSD was 0. 03%. There is a good linear relationship within the range of 2. 0-10. 1μg/ml(r = 1. 0000). This determination method is simple.rapid and accurate.
