摘要
采用薄层色谱法对咽康口服液中的金银花、连翘进行薄层鉴别,并应用分光光度法对总黄酮(以芦丁计)的含量进行测定,方法简便,重现性好,可作为咽康口服液的质量控制。
Flower of Lonicerae and fruits of Forsythiae in Yankang oral Liquid have been identified by TLC, the contents of total flavones are also determined by UV-spectrophotometry. The two methods which are simple and of good reproducibility, can be for the quality control of Yankang Oral Liquid
