摘要
采用紫外分光光度法(λmax255±1nm)对5种头孢拉定胶囊进行体外溶出度测定。实验数据按Weiboll概率公式进行处理,结果表现5种胶囊的释放参数均符合中国药典规定。
The dissolution tests of the five cephradine capsules were determined by UV Spectrophotometry (λ max 255 ±lnm).The results showed that all five cephradine capsules comply with the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia in all release parameters.
