心搏骤停2小时,心肺复苏配合球囊反搏急诊冠脉血栓抽吸术成功一例 被引量:1

摘要 镜湖医院心内科于2007年7月24日成功抢救一例呼吸、心搏骤停忠行,经心肺复苏2h,在机械通气和主动脉球囊反搏支持下行冠脉内血栓抽吸,成功地使患者恢复自主呼吸和心跳,而尤明显的神经系统肝遗症,现报道如下。
