摘要
杂色曲霉产毒培养物提取液的Ames试验结果显示,4株杂色曲霉产毒培养物提取液,在不加和加S-9活化两种条件下,其中2株产毒培养物提取液对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌组氨酸营养缺陷型菌株TA98和TA100显示致诱变性,各剂量组回变菌落数为阴性对照的2~14.2倍,且剂量与效应呈正相关(TA98r=0.883~0.998,TA100r=0.973~1.0)。在加入S-9活化条件下,各剂量组回变菌落数是-S9时的1.4~2.9倍。说明杂色曲霉产毒培养物经微粒体酶代谢系统活化后,毒性作用增强。
The
mutagenicity of the toxigentic culture extracts of 4 stais of A. versicolor were detected by Ames
test.The results showed that two extracts could result reverse mutation of the Salmonella
typhimurium TA98 and TA100 with histidine nutrition deficiency with S-9 influx or without.The
colony formig units from reverse mutation for all dose groups in each plate exceeded the
gegative control group's by 2~14.2 times,and the dose effect positive (TA98 r
=0.883-0.998,TA100 r =0.973-1.0).The reverse mutation colony forming units for each dose
group S-9 influx were 1.4~2.9 times as many as those without S-9.With results showed the
toxicity of the toxigenic culture extracts od A.versicolor strains was increased by adding
mammals microsomal enzyme system. e
