摘要
为制定国家卫生标准,对胶姆糖生产配方、工艺、环境等情况进行卫生学调查,并对广东、黑龙江、上海等地采集的373 份试样进行14 个项目的检测分析,根据我国实际情况及有关卫生要求,参考国内外相应的法规标准,提出我国胶姆糖卫生标准。
The formulations, processing techniqes and manufacture environment of chewing gum were investigated for making the national hygienic standard.Fourteen items of 373 samples collected from Guangdong,Heilongjiang province and Shanghai city were examinated.According to the present situation of chewing gum in China and related international hygienic standards, the national standard of it was developed.
