摘要
通过对现代电能系统国家重大需求的分析,提出了创立和发展面向21世纪的电力大系统灾变防治和经济运行基础理论的构想,主要包括大系统稳定理论、非线性控制理论、汽轮机安全运行及软跟踪指挥系统四个方面。文中探讨了电力大系统的基本特征;同时,在总结迄今国内外在该领域研究成果的基础上,对电力大系统灾变防治和经济运行基础理论的总体框架和所属的重大科学问题作了系统性的论述,对其发展现状和可能的研究方向进行了探讨和预测。
Through analysis of the vital demand of modern power systems,an idea is proposed to establish and develop basic theories for collapse prevention and optimal operation of 21st century oriented large power systems, including four main aspects: large system stability theory, nonlinear control theory, secure operation of turbine generators and soft track-ing directive systems. In this paper, the basic features of large power systems are first discussed. Then, by summariz-ing the research results in this field, the integral frame of above basic theories and the vital scientific problem to which they belong are systematically described. Their cur-rent development conditions and possible research directions are also discussed and forecasted.
