摘要
本文报道了7例经胸大肌后间隙隆乳术后硅囊假体外露,手术均为乳晕切口,并发症发生在术后6月～9个月。作者对其发生的原因进行了分析与探讨,并提出了具体的预防措施。
The paper reports 7 cases of protrusion of silicone prothesis after augmentation mammoplasty in the sub- pectoral space.All of them were performed by a periareoler incision and the complication happened in 6～9 months after operation.The causes of protrusion of prothesis were analysed and measures of prevention were suggested corre- spondingly.
