摘要
为了预防异体巩膜移植修复眼睑缺损术后出现的眼睑后退、睑内翻和脸缘切迹并发症,我们进行了四点改进,自1993年至今共手术30例,经增年以上随访观察,疗效满意,总有效率为100％。
In order to prevent lid retraction of entropim and early lidiskin retraction etc,complications after the op- eration of the soleral homograft,four sides improment had been perfomed,30 cases have been operated since 1993and fllowed up for more than six months.The effective rate was 100%.The improments are worthy to be spread due to the complicationlecs and the satisfactory result.
