摘要
当前世界跳远整体水平发展迅速,我国运动员虽取得了一定的成绩,但尚存在很大的差距。本文通过对大量国內外研究文献的分析,对当前跳远运动起跳的特点及发展趋势作一阐述,以期对我国跳远运动的发展有所作用。
The overall world level in long jump has undergone quick and profound development. Though our athletes has achieved certain successes, we still have a long way to go. This paper, with the analysis of the research of large amount of materials at home and abroad, makes an exposition of the characteristics of the take-off in long jump in the hope that it would offer some help to the development of long-jump sport in our country.
