本文通过文献检索、调查访问和数理统计分析,认为体制改革的深度和广度是中国职业篮球(以下均简称为C.P.B)建设的重要的影响因素,竞赛、训练管理体制改革的进行,为C.P.B建设指出了鲜明的理论指导。同时,经济条件、观念意识、技术水平、法律保障和宣传媒介是影响C.P.B建设的重要因素。

By way of documentary consulting, social investigation and the analysis of datum statistics, the article considers the profundity and the range of the structural reforms are the most important elements which influence the Chinese Professional Basketball(C. P. B) construction. Contesting, the reforms of training and managing structure clearly giving direction to a guiding theory for C. P. B construction. Futhermore, economic conditions, ideological essence, technical level legal provisions and propagating medium are also the important effective elements on C. P. B construction.
