摘要
Objective:To explore the effect of Feiyan Mixture（FYM）in treating infantile pneumonia and itsmechanism.Methods：One hundred and twenty-eightpatients were treated with FYM,the effect was observed and compared with thosetreated with antibiotics as control.Systematic clinical observation and animal experimentalstudies on the FYM were carried out.Results:The effective rates of FYM and antibiotics were 89.O6% and 94.73%respectively and nosignificantd ifference was found between two groups,X2=2.838,P＞0.05.Experimental study showe dthat FYM wase ffectivein anti-inflammation,antitussiveness,expectoration and spasmolysis.Conclusion:FYM has obviouseffect of anti-inflammation,antitussiveness,expectoration and spasmolySis.
