采用热稀释法测定左心排血量 被引量:1

Measurement of left ventricular output by modified thermodilution method

摘要 采用改良的温敏导管,根据热稀释原理直接测定了10条比格犬的左心排血量(5.1±0.6L/0min)。与采用标准方法测定的右心排血量(4.8±0.8L/min)相比,两者相关性良好(r=0.76),以手推法向左心室快速注射10ml冰温生理盐水,不引起心律失常和心肌缺血。因此,这一方法可作为左心导管术的标准操作步骤之一用于临床。 Objective Currently, ventricular output could be measured by thermodilution method but only via right ventriculum and pulmonary artery. In order to establish a thermodilution measurement of left ventriculum, we modified the standard Swan-Ganz catheter so as to besuitable to the left ventriculm. Method and Results The left ventricular output (5.1±0. 6L/min)of 1U normal dogs was measured with the modified Swan - Ganz catheter and the standardthermodilution method, and the result is significantly related to the right ventricular output (4. 8± 0. 8L/min, r = 0. 76). Ice - saline injected in to the left ventriculum did not provoke myocardial ischenda and arrhythmia. Conclusion The measurement of directional left ventricular output can be used clinically as one of the procedures of standard left ventricular catheterization.
