原发性高血压患者的心率变异

Heart rate vartability in patients with essential hypertension

目的探讨原发性高血压患者的心率变异（HRV）。方法通过记录30例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期原发性高血压（EH）患者、30例正常血压者的24小时动态心电图，分析不同长度时间段心率变异的时域指标（SDNN，SD，rMSSD，pNN50，CV）及频域指标（TF，LF，HF），以正常血压者为对照组，观察EH患者的心率变异特征。结果EH患者的各项HRV指标在各个时间段均较正常血压者降低（P＜0．05，P＜0．01），且各项HRV指标节律性减弱。结论EH患者的植物神经调节异常，迷走交感神经张力及昼夜节律均减弱。

Objective To analyse indexes of time domain (SDNN, SD, rMSSD, pNN50 and CV) and frequency domain (TF, LF, and HP) of the heart rate variaility in different time segments (day and night). Method A 24-hour Holder electorcardiogram in 30 patients with essential htypertension (phase I or Ⅱ) and 3o controls with normal blood Pressure was recorded. Results All the indexes decreased in hypertension group, including all time segments. Conclusion Patients with EH have did ferent modulation of the autonomic nerve system from normal controls and both the vagal and sympathetic tones decreased in them.
