细胞粘附分子与充血性心力衰竭
摘要
本文综述了细胞粘附分子的种类及性质，血管内皮细胞粘附分子的表达，循环性粘附分子的概况以及充血性心力衰竭时细胞粘附分子研究进展。血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂可改善内皮功能，减少粘附分子的表达，这可能为延缓充血性心力衰竭进展的重要机理。
